The Manor house and gardens are stunningly well-maintained, leaving me in awe of their beauty. The attention to detail throughout the property is mind-blowing. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome and valued. The serene location on the shore of a peaceful gulf provided the perfect backdrop for leisurely walks. The spa offered a plethora of relaxing features, and the kind staff made my experience truly memorable. The rural setting in the midst of picturesque pine-woods, accompanied by the soothing sounds of cuckoos, created a haven of tranquility. Despite its peaceful location, the hotel was just a short 15-minute ride away from the vibrant center of Porvoo. The historical building felt like a small palace, and the fields and gardens surrounding it were simply outstanding. Although the concrete building next door was less appealing, its discreet placement amidst the bushes did not spoil the landscape. Walking through the relaxing gardens and sitting by the picturesque lake brought me immense joy. The bar terrace overlooking the gardens and lake was the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing drink. While the breakfast in the Manor building was good, it wasn't jaw-dropping. The modern building housing the rooms and spa could be a bit inconvenient to navigate, but securing a room in the main building would alleviate this. The well-equipped spa, included in the room price, boasted a generous main pool, various water sources, hot and cold pools. The staff at the hotel were extremely polite, and the ample free parking space was a plus. Exploring the beautiful village of Porvoo, just 7 km away, was an absolute delight. the Hotel Haikko Manor & Spa offered incredible value for money, and I wouldn't hesitate to return for another visit.

Extensive breakfast in the restaurant to start the day. Rooms were functional and bed was comfortable, staff were attentive! Quiet location for our visit to an art museum just a short walk away from the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this venue, where the rooms were cozy and the staff was friendly, with the added bonus of a room with a jacuzzi.

The room was cheap and neat with a mini bar, central heating, and flat-screen TV.

The location of this place is absolutely mind-blowing, with a beautiful manor on top of a high slope that overlooks a breathtaking fjord. The surrounding grounds are filled with hills, rocks, and little woods, creating a serene and enchanting atmosphere. The breakfast was super fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options including salmon, herring, liver and fig pate, smoked turkey breast, eggs. The historic ambiance of the hotel restaurant, adorned with old pictures and prints by famous artists, was jaw-dropping. We were pleasantly surprised by the little bags of local chocolates and special grapefruit and thyme mocktails waiting for us in the room. Our room had a fabulous view of the autumn-colored trees and misty fjord. The staff was extremely polite and the ample free parking was convenient. Can't wait to go back and enjoy the beautiful gardens and lake!

Haikko Manor is a special hotel. Fantastic location directly at the sea. In an old mansion, with attached spa and congress center. Very romantic. Very romantic and dignified (in the old building), but not excessive. To feel good. Very recommendable for a few days in twos. I cannot judge the rooms in the new building. We did not use the spa, but it looked good. The nearby village Porvoo offers a lot of history and is definitely worth seeing. But in our opinion 2 days are enough - then one is done.

The beautiful property would be spoiled by the ugly new buildings. The fact that one can only go to the SPA area through the mostly crowded bistro, I found unpleasant.

The location of Haikko Manor and Spa is simply stunning, with a beautiful and tranquil garden area. The shared spaces in the old mansion building have a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The spa zone offers a variety of activities, including saunas, jacuzzis, and pools, which we thoroughly enjoyed. As vegetarians and vegans, we were delighted to find suitable dining options at the hotel's restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we even received assistance from the lost and found service. the facilities and amenities fully met our expectations, and the nature surrounding the hotel added to the peaceful ambiance.

The hotel is full, it is not possible to use the SPA, restaurant in the evening (without prior reservation), a young part of the staff not very polite. Prices for rooms are not adequate to service.

The hotel is close to hiking trails in the nearby forest. There are nice views over the Porvoo area from the hills. - It is in a lush park by the sea. - the hotel is just a 30-40 minutes drive away from Helsinki.

I recently took my mum on a surprise getaway to celebrate her 75th anniversary and let me tell you, it was absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived on the stunning steamship Runeberg, which docked at a private harbor, we were in awe. The grounds of the hotel are like something out of a fairytale, with hills, rocks, and charming little woods all around. And let's not forget about the view from the manor itself, perched high on an elegant slope overlooking the breathtaking fjord. My mushroom-loving mum was over the moon when she discovered the abundance of porcini and gourmet mushrooms growing all over the grounds - she even filled a bag to bring back home! Breakfast at the hotel was nothing short of fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options including salmon, herring, liver, fig pate, and smoked turkey breast. The historic manor restaurant was a true treat, with its beautiful ambiance and fascinating artwork, including pictures by famous artists and photographs of the Romanov dynasty. The little touches like the local chocolates waiting in our room and the special mocktails for mum made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Our room had a fabulous view of the autumn-colored trees and misty fjord, creating a truly magical atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were incredibly professional and pleasant, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were lucky enough to have sunshine in the morning, which made our walks around the stunning grounds even more pleasant. The rooms and spa facilities were top-notch, with the deluxe room being the best choice in my opinion. The decorations throughout were superb and really added to the overall experience. While we didn't have time to try out the spa services this time, we are already planning our return visit to fully indulge in all they have to offer. The gym facilities were also impressive, and the location of the hotel, close to the charming city of Porvoo, was an added bonus. The restaurant had amazing food, although a bit on the pricey side. our stay at this hidden gem was simply beyond words. We can't wait to come back and create more unforgettable memories.

There is no place to eat on Sunday evening. The only possibility is the hotel restaurant which is defenetely overpriced.
